Darth Vader made me cry!
This evening I was off on a mission looking for sad stories about puppies and the such (I’m a bit odd like that… and find it cathartic)… when I came across this blog from a chap reminiscing about his childhood.
He was a huge Star Wars fan… and had the opportunity to met Darth Vader. This blog was extremely well written, and as a child from the early 70’s, I was very aware of the hype and excitement that surrounded the movies - and yes the merchandise too. I wanted to be Princess Leia… and would try desperately in vain to style my hair to look just like hers! Which of course, it never did.

The first time I heard this song, it blew me away. “Hurt” was originally written and performed by “Nine Inch Nails”. However, Johnny Cash made it is own. Listen to the words, and if you know anything about the life of the legend that is Johnny… you’ll get it. The song never ceases to give me goosebumps, whenever I hear it.
